That looks pretty good. I'm not sure if we need to flesh it out or not. We'll look at our example project tonight and see, but it looks good so far.

Here's a good article about goals and objectives, if you want to check it out: http://www.ces.purdue.edu/extmedia/EC/EC-727.pdf

By flesh it out, I'm not sure if the objectives need to be more detailed or not, or if there needs to be more goals and/or objectives or not. We'll go over the example tonight and see how many and how detailed their goals and objectives are and go off that. I think what you have is good though. If I'm remembering right, you set general goals that you want your business to achieve, and the objectives are specific to achieving the goals.. and that's how you have it set up.

Just looked at the Elite Restaurant Supply booklet that Luse gave us. They have a page that lists their mission statement at the top, followed by 4 goals, followed by 5 objectives, followed by 5 purpose bullets.

Mission Statement

4 Goals

5 Objectives

5 Purposes

So I think we're pretty good on Goals and Objectives. Maybe a few more wouldn't hurt, but it's not a huge deal.
